The Electoral Roll is reviewed annually but every 6 years a new Electoral Roll must be prepared. This year all parishes are required to prepare a new Electoral Roll and this must be done in advance of our Annual Parochial Church meetings.
This means that even if you have been on our Electoral roll for a number of years you will need to complete and sign a new Electoral roll form. If you are not currently on the Electoral roll but wish to join please complete the form. Please note that you can be on more than one Electoral roll provided you meet the conditions i.e. regularly attend more than one church.
A copy of the form can be downloaded below and blank forms will also be available in all of our churches.
Once completed and signed the forms need to be returned either to envelopes provided in Church or to the Electoral Roll Officer for each parish either These are:
